Saturday 14th Movember:
5:00 Wake up in morning and direction Jolimont Tourist Centre to catch the bus at 7am. I spend my fear of thinking that once I do partiers never home. Robert to drop me off there at 6:30, and it is a party at 6:25. In short, I still had my bus since the arrival Deniere when I entered the hall, they announced boarding the bus to Sydney. No time to sit down, I lined up outside the doors and enters the first! To not change, wrinkling of duck inside the bus.
We start at 6:55 am, and after several speeding driver, it comes well ahead at 10am instead of 10:30. I find the Central Station that I now know by heart. Break in the sun to wait Doriane coming by plane and then taking the train to join me.
It is partly for a day shopping in Paddy's Market. First we throw a look. We continued the day by baladant.Passage by Darling Harbour for lunch (where I ate my first sushi, but I would return the top) and The Rocks Market past the Opera House and visit the botanical garden and his bat
Back Paddy's Market for shopping sprees and passing by the hotel to deposit our bags.
Evening at the IMAX theater with the largest Imax screen in the world. The program "A Chrismas Carol" in 3D of course. Average movie but the 3D was awesome.

Sunday, November 15.
Early departure from hotel to catch the 8:18 train has the Central Station to visit the Blue Mountains. Arrive Katoomba 2 hours later. We then walk to Echo Point, "a sort of" lookout "(viewpoint) on the giant Three Sisters.
the Blue Mountains are so named because a blue eucalyptus vapors that rise. When the Three Sisters, an aboriginal legend racontentraconte the three sisters were formerly human, and they had fallen in love with young men of a neighboring tribe, but their marriage was forbidden by tribal law. A war would have resulted from this incident, and a former three sisters would have changed the stone in order to protect them. The former has unfortunately been killed in combat and no one knowing how to deliver them, they remained together for eternity.
This legend is falsely told as being Aboriginal. It is in fact the tourism industry who fabricated to give more charm to the place. The rocks are named Meehni (922 m), Wimlah (918 m) and Gunnedoo (906 m).
was then walked to the Three Sisters before he embarks unwittingly in the descent of the "Giant stairsway" (or something like that) n (read "giant steps") with its 900 steep steps, provided that we have suffered, but in a good mood. It is what is called "walking"! Once down, we followed "their track" to go back to Echo Point. It took up all that had descended. It took close to 2 hours to make the path back through the jungle of blue mountains. We met on the way that two little old us erode morale by telling us "we just get hundreds and hundreds of steps" ... It meant therefore that us in the other direction, we would have to ride them. Following a lunch break this "good news" to recuperate and go again to continue to rise. Each time up, it's deliverance. Except that we still have the train station ... "train in 20 minutes" ... we can? It hesitates not, you walk as fast as possible. Except that the rating will Denous reason, so we slowed down. Comes close to the station, we see people decendre bus running to catch the train, then we follow ... but it's too late. Next train in 1h. So we get water, because it gives very thirsty to walk in this heat. Train, then 2 later, here we are returnees to Sydney. Detour by the hotel for a shower after this stressful day and then went to dine outside. Buffet for only $ 10, accompanied by Australian wines. It was good, it was good. Evening Darling Harbour, because we love this place. Not easy to speak English after the meal by cons. a little ice to digest and so we returned to the hotel for a good long night's sleep.
Monday, November 16:
Grass' mat 'till 7:30, breakfast' at hotel and departure to the heart of Sydney in search of Opal ... Once at Circular Quay, we took the ferri direction Manly Beach. Shopping break from Rip Curl and Quicksilver. Then lunch "sushi". Doris has managed to make me eat sushi. I said that before arriving in Australia, I did not touch Asian food ... here I am now adept. Laetitia Apes eat tomatoes and cucumber, Laetitia eat Sushi ... What will the next episode?
Not far from the Japanese restaurant, a shop "Ben & Jerry's," or ice costing an arm and a head so no appetite for today. Then towards the beach activity "Pancake sun for 1 or 2 hours I remember well, under a blazing sun. Back to ferri, Sydney and back. Break races that will put us behind. Race to the station or Doriane managed to have his train narrowly (again my fault). I waited quietly in front of Central Station for my bus back to Canberra.
After 1hr 30 minutes in which bouchonsnon far from the airport, Doriane name and informs me that because of the storm, the airport is closed and that all departures are delayed. The poor, it does it's happening to him. I've had a few drops on the road.
I arrived in Canberra by night, with therefore 30 minutes late, so I have to wait until after the bus and I took advantage to take some pictures of the city with lights. And here I am at home, at 23h, head full of memories again, tanned skin, and the tired mind.
